Game Design Geek

I have been assimilated. Resistance was truly futile after my trip to “the collective”. I left this Tuesday for a face to face sit down with the folks at the collective in sunny Southern California, Newport Beach to be more specific. I have officially signed with them as of today and I will be joining them in creating the high quality game content and designs that I have been famous for.

Unfortunately this means I will be leaving the mod community, and all the friends that I have made over these many years. I will truly miss working with some of the most talented folks around. Both with Urban Terror, and with Stormforge. You can bet that I wont forget where it was that I came from and that without you the fans, I couldn’t have made it to where I am going.

Also, unfortunatly I again have to leave school again.

Thanks to all those that showed up for the LAN party I had at my house this weekend. It was one heck of a party. We started off with a little bit of Unreal 2004 onslaught, and then moved on to some serious Desert Combat. Nothing is more fun than holding off an entire team by myself in Capture the flag We had a great time with just about 9 people showing up to play. Believe it or not we didn’t even pop one breaker. I was rather surprised that we were able to fit that many people in one small space, but we did.
