Art test

Today I’m going to show some preliminary art tests on ut_crenshaw. This is what a potential night time version would look like. Lighting for a night level in the engine is rather tough to do. Most of the work I am doing to the level will be completed in 3dsmax and Maya, it will then be optimized and finally imported back into GTKRadiant. The only areas that will consist of bsp geometry will be walls and floors. all props, and other non-structural items will be saved as .ase files. This will ensure a level a quality that I am looking for to make the level stand out as not just a good playing level, but a top quality looking level as well.
