Slow your Mustang down!

That’s right boys and girls, I broke down on Saturday and bought a new Mustang. Its black with a black leather interior. Pretty snazzy little ride if I do say so myself. I did a lot of research before I purchased this car. I bought a Mustang back in 2000, but it was used and had some major electrical problems so I took it back and told them thanks but no thanks. It took a lot of thought to give it another try and buy another Mustang after the last one left a bad taste in my mouth. What pushed me over the edge was the fact that the new Mustang has been redone from the ground up, they went back to the roots of the car by emulating the 67 Fastback that made the car so popular. With movies like Bullit with Steve McQueen and his Green 67 Fastback, TV Shows like Spencer for Hire with his Black 67 Fastback, and as recently as War of the Worlds, and Tom Cruise with his Silver 67…..and the grandaddy of them all, Gone in 60 Seconds and Nick Cage’s Silver 67.
I’m pretty happy with the stock version. It has the Premium dash, all leather interior, and all the really cool amenities like the color changing dash-panel. But, I do plan on going with some 18″ black Bullit style black rims and 18″ Gatorback tires. I may also get a front spoiler kit at some point as well. And if I get really ambitious, some bolt-on performance item.
