Bored outta my freakin mind

Saturday, August 23rd, 2008

Ok.  So I have been sitting at home since last Tuesday looking for something to do since we wrapped on Spongebob Squarepants and the globs of Doom.  I already paid all my bills, organized cabinets, did all my laundry…etc.  I really have been looking for something to do.  I was going to go out and buy a TV, but the money I was going to use for that went to buy my sons new bed.  But, Austin sleeping better at night is way more important then me missing the deadliest catch.  Love you Austin…stop jumping on the bed!

Usually this is where I take a drive up to see my brother and drive him and his family nuts, but since they moved to Phoenix, that’s kinda off the table.  So I was thinking of playing some more golf….but the last time I played I didn’t do so hot.  Lost to Gary by a stroke…man I’m rusty.  I just don’t have the patience to pound balls anymore, so I don’t think I’m going to get a lot better any time soon.

I wonder whats on Youtube!

Perforce Locked and Loaded

Well, last night might possibly be the last all night-er I have to pull for this game.  The design team was here all night last night squashing all the bugs left in Devtrack.  I think we are sitting pretty for submission and that means I can breath a sigh of relief and start thinking about other things, like trying to lose the 30 some odd pounds I put on while I was here nailed to my workstation for 12-18hrs a day.  Plus I think I might want to do some other things like work on finishing crenshaw and docks.  As all of you know, I gave my mom my PC a while back so It looks like I need to call DELL and buy a new one.  Plus I have to install Maya…radiant, yada yada yada.

And I’m thinking wow, you know I think I might like to get out and the sunshine and play some golf, spend more time with my kid, and dare I say it…..have a personal life? What the hell is that? lol.

Anyway, I think for now Ill just set my sights small and try and ween myself from the office before the sunsets and weekends first and go from there.
