About Me
I have been working on video games for many years. I first started as a teenager designing games in basic on a Commodore 64. It was always a fun hobby, but I never thought of it as a viable career. I have worked on many different games and platforms. I have been lucky to work on some amazing teams for some great companies. Currently I am a Sr. Technical Designer with a company in Atlanta. Previously to that I was a Lead Level Designer/Sr. Level Designer with Incinerator Studios located In Carlsbad California. I have been with several Industry powerhouses including Electronic Arts Los Angeles, The Collective, a Foundation 9 Entertainment company, Smartbomb Interactive and Spark Unlimited. You can also see some of my hobby work with a free online First person shooter Urban Terror for PC.
I’m just as passionate about video games today as I was as a bright eyed kid sticking his first quarter into Atari’s Asteroids at a Salt Lake City 7-11 over 26 years ago. At 16, a childhood friend named Chip, helped me program a helicopter rescue game in basic on a commodore 64. Its funny to see how far games and the gaming industry have come since then. But even that being said, I am just as passionate about video games now as I was back then. I love what I do, and when you love what you do, you really never have to work a day in your life.
